Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase. Because we source our products globally to bring you the best prices, please review our international return and refund guidelines below.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have "14 days" after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Start a Return

Please note:
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping:
As an international store, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Send a photo or video of the issue to concierge@azmeral.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right via a free replacement or a full refund.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within "5-7 business days". Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
