Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within "1-3 business days" (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Estimated Shipping Times
  United States & Canada:  7 - 15 business days
  United Kingdom & Europe: 7 - 12 business days
  Australia & New Zealand: 8 - 15 business days
  Rest of the World: 10 - 20 business days

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking details may take 2-3 days to update in the carrier's system.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Azmeral is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
